BioSan Race Events will refund the price when buying a ticket for the booked event if you are unable to participate due to one of the reasons below:

Unexpected and unplanned disruptions to public transport that were not known prior to the date and time of the booked event.
Death, accident or illness of the customer, the customer’s immediate family or one or more persons in a group who have together acquired a ticket for an event via
Mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of the vehicle that will take the customer to the booked event.
Theft or fire in the customer’s private property which has required a rescue service to be called and which has taken place within 48 hours prior to the booked event.
Witness summons to a court hearing at a Danish court, which takes place at the same time as the booked event, and which the customer was not aware of at the time the booked event was booked.
Customers who are employed as personnel by the Danish Armed Forces and who are deployed for international service at the time of the booked event, when the customer was not aware of this when the booking for the booked event was made.
Bad weather in Denmark including snow, frost, fog, storm in cases where the police or other public authority has issued a warning against staying and transporting outdoors.

What is not refunded:

Illness or death of the customer or someone in their group or a member of the immediate family caused by or as a result of a pre-existing medical condition/disorder.

Symptoms that are a consequence of normal pregnancy, when this is the main reason why the customer cannot participate in the booked event.

When the customer cannot provide proof in the form of an unused ticket when requesting a refund.
When the booked event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, limited, curtailed or moved.
When the customer decides not to participate in a booked event for reasons that do not appear in these terms.
If the customer is prevented from traveling to a booked event due to public transport disruptions, due to reasons that were generally known prior to the booked event.
When you can participate in just part of the booked event.
When, according to’s assessment, the customer has not allocated sufficient time to arrive at the booked event.
When the obstacle to participating in the booked event is due to circumstances with the customer such as the customer’s own criminal activity, legal offences, etc.
When the customer is prevented from traveling to a booked event due to infectious disease, and the state or the public system has imposed a travel ban.

General terms:

The customer must take all necessary precautions to be able to arrive at the booked event on time.
The customer must not be aware of any kind of circumstances – technical, physical or other circumstances – at the time of booking the booked event, which is the reason for the demand for a refund.
The customer must take all necessary precautions to avoid, counter or reduce any claim for refund.
Unless otherwise agreed, every claim must be made in Danish and every term in this agreement is subject to Danish law and must be dealt with by Danish courts.

  1. Repayment claim:

    Claims for reimbursement must be submitted by telephone to as soon as possible and without undue delay.

    The customer must present/provide the following at his own expense:

    Original and unused ticket and proof of booking
    A medical certificate / probate certificate in which it is documented that the background for making a claim for repayment is due to injury, accident, illness or death.
    Official document from the public transport provider that documents in detail the cause of delay, cancellation, mechanical breakdown or accident connected to the public transport network.
    In connection with private vehicles, a report on collection and transport from a well-known provider (Falck, Dansk Autohjælp etc.), a copy of a bill from a workshop for repairs, purchase of parts, etc., as well as information about the car insurance company (including but not limited to policy number) , police etc.

    Copy of notification receipt from the Police in connection with burglary.
